Account and data deletion
You can delete your Rehberlix account and associated data directly from the mobile app or the web app. If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion help by email.
How to complete deletion
From the web app
Sign in to the web app, open Settings > Security, choose Delete account, and confirm.
If you cannot access the account
Send your account or data deletion request to rehberlix@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.
Data covered by deletion
- Profile, role, language, and notification preferences.
- Goals, plans, tasks, study records, and progress data.
- Connections, messages, lesson or session records, and optional payment tracking data.
- Notifications and product usage records linked to the account.
Limited records that may be retained
Some records may be kept for a limited time only when required for legal obligations, security review, or financial recordkeeping.
- Tax, payment, refund, or accounting records.
- Abuse prevention, security, and audit records.
- Anonymous product statistics that are no longer linked to an identifiable user.
Process
- When you confirm in the app or web app, account access and in-scope Rehberlix data are removed directly.
- Account ownership verification may be required for email requests when you cannot access the account.
- Limited legal, security, or financial records may be retained separately when required.
- After completion, account access and deleted data cannot be restored.
